Buffalo Bills Safeties

Micah Hyde, Jordan Poyer, Josh Thomas, Jaquan Johnson

The Buffalo Bills have one of the better starting safety duos in the NFL in Micah Hyde and Jordan Poyer and made sure these two are together in Western New York a little longer. Hyde was set to be a free agent after this season but agreed to a new deal that now keeps him with the Bills through the 2023 season.

The one big free agent they have at this position is backup Dean Marlowe. He has been in this defensive scheme almost his entire career from his time with the Panthers and spending the past three seasons with the Buffalo Bills.

While he may not be a big name, he certainly showed he can play well when he stepped in for Hyde when he missed time due to injury. This is one move the Buffalo Bills should make in the coming days to secure some experienced depth at the position.
