Gabriel Davis

Outside of Tyler Bass, the rookie that was the most productive this year was wide receiver Gabriel Davis. The fourth round rookie ended up starting 11 games this season with a majority of those games in place of an injured John Brown.

Davis responded with the extra playing time and finished with 35 receptions, 599 receiving yards and seven touchdown receptions. The seven touchdown receptions were good enough to be second on the team, behind only Stefon Diggs.

While Davis was mainly the backup to John Brown in 2020, I believe he will take over the role full-time next season. The Buffalo Bills are going to have a tough decision with John Brown this offseason and ultimately may cut him to create extra cap space. The decision may be a little easier knowing they have a player like Davis ready to step into his role in this offense.
