Sean McDermott vs. Frank Reich

This matchup should be juicy. Two of the most aggressive coaches in the league this year will square off in a win-or-go-home contest for the chance to keep their seasons alive. These coaches publicly display a healthy respect for one another. And both coaches believe in the analytics of the game.

Frank Reich made the call this season to go for it on fourth down 26 times. The guts and instincts Reich beholds have paid off for the Colts by their offense converting at least one fourth-down per game, adding to the probability of them scoring points. Sean McDermott has succeeded 80 percent of the time on fourth-down this season, also putting his offense in a position to be successful.

McDermott has looked like the Coach of the Year all season. And Reich has done a spectacular job resurrecting Indy after the surprising retirement of Andrew Luck just last season. Both teams are touted as well-coached and their decisions on Saturday will decide how this matchup ends.
