Gabriel Davis

The absence of John Brown at times this season has meant increased playing time for Gabriel Davis. For the most part, when given the opportunity the rookie has answered and this game was no different.

Davis finished the game leading the Bills with 79 receiving yards and was the only receiver to have a touchdown. He also had one of the big plays of the game going down the sideline and coming down with a 44-yard reception over the defender.

The fact that Davis accounted for over 50% of the receiving yards and had four targets in a game where Allen only threw it 24 times shows is noteworthy. In games where the Bills are throwing it more, Gabriel Davis should be a big part of this offense and could have big games in the coming weeks while John Brown is on injured reserve.
