Week 16 at Denver Broncos

Lastly for the AFC West, the Buffalo Bills will travel to Denver in late December to face off against the Broncos. While the Broncos may have the least intimidating roster in the division, they are still not a team to take lightly.

Similar to the issues the Bills may face against the Chargers, the Broncos also have superb edge rush abilities from Von Miller and Bradley Chubb. This puts a lot of pressure on Bills offensive tackles, Dion Dawkins and prospectively Cody Ford. Both Dawkins and Ford could have a lot to prove in this game with notable talent across from them. Dawkins in particular would have a lot to gain by playing well against Von Miller, as his second contract with the Bills is looming.

On the other side of the ball, the Broncos added some fire power to the offense this offseason to help out young quarterback Drew Lock. In free agency, the Broncos added running back Melvin Gordon to a room that already has Phillip Lindsay and Royce Freeman. Additionally, the Broncos selected two wide receivers in the 2020 NFL Draft, the first being Jerry Jeudy with the 15th overall pick and secondly, K.J. Hamler in the second round.

It was definitely a point of emphasis for the Broncos to surround Lock with talent this offseason. This was made evident by the team adding two Wide Receivers with their first two picks in the 2020 Draft to the already existing and dominant Courtland Sutton.

The Buffalo Bills defense should create enough pressure and confusion to take advantage of the inexperienced Drew Lock. As long as the Bills offensive line can do their part and keep Allen comfortable in the pocket, the Bills have a great chance to win this matchup against the Broncos and finish their season with a 3-1 record against their AFC West opponents.

Prediction: Win (3-1)
