4. Robert Foster

40-yard dash: 4.41 seconds

The difference between some of these players is so small but number four on this list is Robert Foster, who beat out Isaiah McKenzie by 0.01 seconds with a 40-yard dash time of 4.41 seconds.

Foster is a player that is firmly on the roster bubble and will really need a strong training camp to earn a spot on the final roster. The former University of Alabama wide receiver had an excellent second half to the 2018 season and emerged as Josh Allen‘s go-to target.

He finished the 2018 season with 27 receptions, 541 receiving yards and three touchdowns as well as an incredible 20.0 yards per reception average.

However, this past year Foster struggled to move up the depth chart with the additions of John Brown and Cole Beasley. He didn’t see the field much and probably will have an even tougher battle with the additional wide receivers added this offseason.
