Key Offseason Offensive Additions: Traded for RB Matt Breida, Signed: RB Jordan Howard, OL Ereck Flowers, OL Ted Karras Draft: QB Tua Tagovailoa, OL Austin Jackson

The Miami Dolphins spent over $100 million in contract guarantees this offseason and by spending that much, they have drastically improved their roster. On paper, this team looks like a serious contender, but most people know that it has to show on the field. It can take time for a team to gel and with offseason restrictions due to the pandemic, it is more difficult because we don’t know what the status will be for training camps and the rest of the league. So players needs that time to get accustomed to one another and a new system.

Many questions remain for this Dolphins offense. When and will Tua start this season? Will the new look offensive line improve on their dreadful 2019 stats? Can DeVante Parker continue his impressive performance from last season? And will new running backs Matt Breida and Jordan Howard breathe new life in what was a dormant running game last season?

All these questions will eventually be answered once the season gets underway. Until that happens and we see how this team comes together, the Dolphins remain at the bottom of this list. But from what we have all seen so far, they won’t be on the bottom for very long.
