Bryce Hall

Another cornerback who could excel in this defense and has great size is Virginia’s Bryce Hall. In addition to the length and size at 6’1″ and 200 pounds, he also has a background of playing wide receiver.

However, as noted in his scouting report on The Draft Network, he switched to cornerback when he entered college and even started seven games as a freshman. Hall would go on to start every game over the next two years but missed time this past season due to ankle injury that required surgery.

This was probably the worst time for a player to suffer an injury like that and Hall’s draft stock has taken a bit of a hit. Recently, Mel Kiper Jr. said he believes Hall is a Day 2 or even Day 3 pick and if that happens it would provide the Buffalo Bills with tremendous value. He is another player that could compete right away for a starting job.
