Bradlee Anae

If the Buffalo Bills elect to wait until the later rounds to select a defensive end, a player like Bradlee Anae makes a great deal of sense. The Bills also have already shown an interest in the former Utah pass rusher as they had an interview with him during the Senior Bowl.

Anae saw his production increase year over year going from two sacks in 2016, to seven in 2017, eight in 2018 and then 13 this past year. When looking at the three scouting reports on The Draft Network, the one common theme across all of them is that Anae is a high motor, high effort player.

However, if the Bills draft Anae he is likely a developmental type pick and it would seem unlikely he can be a full-time starter as a rookie. He would likely be a situational pass rusher this coming season with an eye towards a starting job in the next couple of years.
