My Prediction

Kelvin Benjamin and Zay Jones: Starting outside receivers

As stated in the introduction, these two are locks to make the roster. Zay Jones may have to fight back from his injuries, but there is enough time to heal and secure his spot as a starter.

Robert Foster: Kelvin Benjamin’s primary backup

Foster has the athletic ability to be a great NFL player. He will need to be a sponge in meetings and limit his mistakes. I think his size and speed combination will force the Bills to keep him over other players.

Andre Holmes: Last cut

I believe Holmes’ injury history will force him to take a step back. If he does not catch on in Buffalo, look for him to bounce around the league until he retires.

Jeremy Kerley: Slot receiver

He will be the veteran of the group and help provided added security to whoever starts at quarterback. Kerley will be a 35-50 catch player in this offense.

Ray-Ray McCloud: Backup slot/Primary return man

He will get limited time as a slot receiver. He will make a name for himself as a return man and hopefully provide a spark the Bills have been looking for.

Brandon Reilly: Special teamer/Zay Jones’ primary backup

This guy will not quit. Reilly will work for every snap he gets and end up becoming a fan favorite.

Next: 3 reasons why Josh Allen will start Week 1

Bonus: Austin Proehl, Cam Phillips, Rod Streater, Kaelin Clay and Quan Bray

The Bills will opt to keep six receivers, so these players will be cut from the roster. Cam Phillips and Austin Proehl will be added to the Practice Squad.
