Darryl Talley accepts Bills Ambassador Role

"Back in November, Tim Graham of The Buffalo News wrote a tremendous piece onBuffalo Bills linebacker Darryl Talley called “Broke and Broken.” The piece talked about the financial and physical burdens that the Talley family faced. Since the article in November, $150,000 was raised for the Talley family and in a new article from Talley’s wife, Janine, she declares that Talley’s physical well-being has also improved."

Buffalo Bills season preview: 21st Century playoffs

"The Buffalo Bills have not participated in a playoff game since the 20th Century. That’s about to change in 2015.Western New York can finally be excited about what their team is offering every Sunday.Take a look at the assortment of transactions made during the off-season."

Late mom still a presence in life of Bills‘ Robey

"Before he heads back to Buffalo for training camp, Nickell Robey will first visit his best friend.Down in Frostproof, Fla., he’ll weave through the graveyard and find the tombstone that is surrounded by a cross, flowers and angel sculptures, the one that reads “Maxine E. Coleman.” His mother. The two will reminisce, with Robey telling Mom all about his NFL career, how he’s making it as a 5-foot-7 cornerback. And the visit will surely end with a tearful “I miss you.”“It’s always emotional,” Robey said. “It’s very touching all the time when I visit her.”"

NFL, Bills have to be aggressive in disciplining Aaron Kromer

"At a time when the NFL has become more aggressive than ever in disciplining players for off-field conduct, all players (and plenty of others) will be watching what the NFL does with Bills offensive line coach Aaron Kromer, who is accused of punching a minor in the face during a beach-chair dispute and then threatening to kill the boy’s family if he told police about it.The allegations are more than enough to justify an immediate investigation by the NFL. If Kromer eventually faces formal charges, he needs to be placed on paid leave by the league — and possibly fired for cause by the Bills, which would cut off his right to ongoing payments. Even without formal charges, the NFL has shown through, for example, the Greg Hardy case a willingness to disregard the ultimate outcome of the criminal justice system and to dispense its own brand of more-likely-than-not punishment."
