Buffalo Bills Circling the Wagons: Training Camp

Happy Friday Everyone! Weekend is just around the corner. Here are your daily links and news for the Buffalo Bills.

With training camp starting in 2 days, the Bills will be looking at a couple of questions in their secondary.  The biggest question comes from the loss of Jairus Byrd and who will replace him as well as how well the new safety can fill those big shoes of Byrd? The Bills have a deep cornerback crew with the addition of Corey Graham in the offseason, and what his role as well as Nickell Robey‘s role.  [Syracuse.com]

The Buffalo Bills had 6 safeties on last years roster, but I don’t think that they will keep that many this year.  The Bills might be looking at only keeping 4 and with 6 fighting for 4 spots, really 3 fighting for 1 spot, the rookies will have to play their hearts out to make this roster at the back-end position.  Kenny Ladler is one of those fighting for that 1 spot along with Jonathan Meeks and Deon Broomfield.  If the rookies show well, the Bills could keep 5 but I think that Meeks and Broomfield, might be the ones out and Ladler grabs that number 4 safety spot.  [KFFL.com]

The Buffalo Bills were active this offseason, addressing needs and bringing players to help this team get out of this 14 year playoff drought.  Although we see the moves the Bills made, what are some of the moves that they didn’t make but should have.  Here are 5 moves the Bills should have made this offseason. With training camp just two days away and the quarterbacks and rookies already in attendance, what would be more prevalent than a preview to training camp from an outsider looking in. [Chicago Tribune]
