Buffalo Bills Circling the Wagons: Tony Moeaki, Bryce Brown

Happy Sunday Everyone! Here are your daily links for the Buffalo Bills.

The Buffalo Bills have four TEs on their current roster of 90.  With four TEs and 2 fullbacks, the Bills are going to have to cut one or two of them.  I don’t see the Bills keeping four TEs either; three at the most.  Tony Moeaki might be the odd man out coming through training camp.  With Scott Chandler being the incumbent and Lee Smith mainly used as your blocking TE, Moeaki needs to show more than Gragg during training camp to have a chance.  One positive for Moeaki is that he is more athletic than both Chandler and Smith. Buffalo was already talented at the running back spot and it only got deeper and better with the additions of Anthony Dixon and Bryce Brown.  Dixon is the bruiser of the four, a guy that will put his head down and make a hole.  C.J. Spiller and Fred Jackson are the one/two combo that scares a lot of people.  Where does Brown fit in?  Brown was brought in as an insurance policy in case Spiller or Jackson went down.  Is Brown going to be regulated to spot duty if Spiller and Jackson stay the course and do they carry four backs with Dixon as well? “NFL Total Access” breaks down Sammy Watkins’ answer to a question of chemistry between EJ Manuel and himself.  Is it there yet? As far as Sammy is concerned it is not yet, but it will get there.  [Yahoo Sports]

Dennis, do a re-count. We have Chandler, Moeaki, Caussin, Smith, Gragg which by my count is % TE’s. None of which blows any team away. Probably still the best os SC. Then we might have Moeaki at #2, then who the heck knows? Not a good TE corp, average at best RIGHT NOW. They have the potential to rise above that but not sure how much. I, for one am not impressed much by Gragg. Sorry, % passes caught and 1 TD for the year. He could not crack a not so good lineup at TE then. Can he this year? The jury is still out on him. Moeaki came to us last year, I thought he was over his injut=ry yet he never played. Is he truly injury free now? GO BILLS!!
