With week 17 over we now know where the non-playoff teams will be picking in the draft.

As for the first pick, the Houston Texans will get the honors this year.  The Buffalo Bills finished with a 6-10 record and will be picking in the 9th overall spot.

The top ten are as follows: Texans, Redskins, Bucs, Raiders, Jags, Browns, Falcons, Vikings, Bills, Titans.

If the Bills would have won against the Pats and finished with a 7-9 record and the Jets lost, the Bills would be sitting right around the 12th spot, just behind the Jets.

Instead the Jets beat the Dolphins and they both finished 8-8.  Buffalo helped the Dolphins miss the playoffs with a loss last week.  The Dolphins and the Jets will be picking in the 15th and 16th spots respectively.

The spots between 11-16 are as follows: Rams, Giants, Lions, Steelers, Jets, Dolphins.

Will the Buffalo Bills trade back or up to get the one dominate player? Will it be an offensive or defensive stud?  Will they look to trade their 1st round pick for a veteran quarterback and take an additional 2nd and 3rd pick from that team?  Out of all those scenarios.  I like the last one.  Bring in a veteran QB to help out Manuel.  Lewis is a good QB but he is not a starter in the league.  Take an additional 2nd and 3rd and stock pile your O-Line and grab a wide receiver and a tight end.  But only time will tell at this point.
