For the week 12 game there was, what could be a game changer injury that occurred Friday morning. Kyle Williams did not participate in practice on Friday which was a surprise. He had a back spasm or what seemed to be one when he was getting out of bed. Williams is currently listed as being questionable fr the game in Toronto against the Atlanta Falcons.
“We’ve got today and tomorrow and we’ll treat it and get ready for Sunday,” said Williams. ”We’ll see when we get to Sunday. I don’t know how to gauge it right now. We’re working on it and I plan on playing, but at the same time if you can’t you’re only going to hurt everybody else. If you can, you can. If you can’t, you can’t. We’ve got plenty of time, we’re going to work on it and be aggressive and see how it goes.”
Of the others listed on the injury report, Stevie Johnson, Robert Woods, and Nickell Robey were all full participants in the practice throughout the week.
For the first time since the first week in training camp, it seems, the Bills are almost completely healthy and this bodes well for the final push for the playoff hunt. The only game that really stands in the way for the Bills, as long as they don’t shoot themselves in the foot is the game that comes in week 17 against the Patriots.
As for the Falcons, there was not much change in their injury report from earlier in the week. Akeem Dent, Tony Gonzalez, Malliciah Goodman, Zeke Motta, and Sean Weatherspoon were all limited participants throughout the week and are all listed as being questionable for the game tomorrow. Desmond Trufant rounds out their injury report as being a full participant on Thursday and Friday and is listed as probable for the game.
