EJ Manuel was able to lead the Buffalo Bills past the New York Jets 37-14.  He was able to complete 20 of 28 passes and put up 245 yards with two touchdowns and unlike his counterpart, no interceptions.  This performance put him in the running for rookie of the week, as announced by the NFL.

Manuel is up against 5 other rookies that were nominated for their play.  The other nominees for rookie of the week for week 11 are Denver Broncos RB Montee Ball, Chicago Bears DE David Bass, Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Mike Glennon, and Oakland Raiders QB Matt McGloin.
