Bills Bulletin

As the Bills continue their season many people have been talking about this game for Manuel to show what he’s learned. In the first game he looked terrible and tossed many intended balls out of bounds not giving his receivers a chance.

Speaking of receivers it looks as if his top two threats will not be available. Robert Woods and Stevie Johnson will be watching from the sideline as injuries will keep them out. The Bills run game will definitely have to establish itself in order to open up some of the passing game.

The weather may play a factor and should be watched as the teams take the field today. A high wind warning alert will go in effect during the day today and also could have rain showers. That will be another reason that this team will have to get the run game going.

Although this team has basically played themselves out of any possible chance at the playoffs other teams continue to lose. If the Bills win and others lose again it may be something to consider. Again I said IF and regardless of what any other team does the Bills have to take care of their own game first.

I heard the winds will be pretty high by game time too.Do you remember the last time we played the Jets during high winds? Ferguson was the QB and OJ was the RB. If memory serves we won 17-13 or something like that. Fergy was 2-9 passing, but OJ ran well enough to get the win. How EJ handles the wind will be a question no one can answer. Not only EJ’s passing but the kicking game will be difficult to predict to. I see a low scoring game today. Would not be surprised to see similar numbers for this game as the one I mentioned.Today’s game will be a test for sure, can we pass this test?? GO BILLS!!

Post game comment for all to read.
A copy and paste of a comment I made elsewhere. I think it says enough, do you?

Who was that helmeted man? Who was that strong armed Quarterback? Who
was that accurate passer? Who was that good feet planting man? Why
Matilda, it was EJ Manuel! They say he plays Quarterback for the Buffalo
Bills, they do, they do!! i wonder how the naysayers will respond NOW
that he played a perfect game today?? They made minced meat of Genonono
    Smith! GO BILLS!!

No doubt he played a good game but now needs to keep it going. If he’s inconsistent people will always question.

True words, that’s true, BUT….? If today’s game is any indication of what he may become, how can we not hope this is what he is? I know all the negative crap said about EJ, but I was never one of them. Before the draft all I wanted was Ryan Nassib, oh man did i want the Bills to draft him. EJ was a total unknown to me. I YouTubed Nassib, saw his highlights and thought he was the guy. Adding to it, we signed Marrone. It seemed like a match made in football heaven! Admittedly, i was wrong, very wrong. Where is Nassib now? Philly as their 2nd or 3rd stringer!?!? Then the draft? We made a great trade, geetting 3 picks into 2 rounds! With the 16th pick we drafted EJ MANUEL!! Who? WTF, who did they draft? As far as I was concerned it was a bad pick! Again I was wrong. I looked into him, did my due diligence. What i read, saw and experienced with EJ was phenominal. Then I saw the video clip on “SPORTS SCIENCE”!! I was blown away. He had the highest grade of those tested! In fact he broke and set a new record for highest grade, he broke Colin K’s record of the year before (8.6?) by getting a grade of (9.0)!! I was then sold on him! Nassib, what? GO BILLS!!
