As always we will take a look at the fantasy options for the Buffalo Bills and whether or not they would be worth your time to start them.

To start off we will look at EJ Manuel.  Manuel comes into the game with some decent numbers.  He has been a fan for the check down pass and has looked to throw the ball short just about every time.  There is not big play factor with him.  So far this year, the Ravens have given up the 10th most passing points to QBs.  If Manuel and the Bills attack the secondary early there might be some reward there.  Look for Manuel to be in the mid-teens range for points this week.  Not a bad play of you have an injury or a bye week.

Spiller is coming off another inconsistent performance from last week.  Although he was bad against the Pats and good against the Panthers, so pattern shows he should have a break out game tomorrow.  You also have to look at who he is going up against as well.  The Ravens are 5th for fewest points to a RB this year.  This will be a challenge for Spiller and the running game.  With his performance not being the best so far, I would still start him and hope for the best.  He is explosive when he wants to be.  If he can find his rhythm then look for a 12 point game.

Fred Jackson still has that big play possibility and showed us last week with a 59 yard run.  Look for Jackson to get some touches if Spiller falls off the ledge again.  If Jackson can continue his sparks look for a 9+ point game from him.

Johnson, right now, seems to be Manuel’s go to guy.  He got 13 targets last week and expect nothing different.  He does have a hamstring issue right now so watch him closely.  So far through 3 game he has been able to put up 9+ points in every game.  Look for the same here even with the Ravens good corners.  Johnson has an 11 point game if his hammy holds up.

Robert Woods has been targeted a lot and looks to be Manuel’s second look on most downs. The only problem is that Woods has been inconsistent through his three games so far and nothing shows him coming out of it.  It could be the rookie to rookie thing, and them trying to work it out.  Hopefully in comes sooner than later because a Johnson/Woods tag team at WR could be dangerous.  Look for Woods to get his targets but I don’t think he will be very effective.  6-7 points today.

Chandler had a big game last week but don’t take that as a norm.  The Bills threw a lot last week and want to first run and pass second so his 13 point game should not be something you jump all over.  Chandler will be active and I would only play him if you have a injury or a bye week.  Look for Chandler to bring in about 5 points this week.
