Coming into week 4 and there are only a handful of teams that are 3-0.  This week we also start the bye weeks.  There was a lot of movement within the top 25 this week as well.

Some of the big positive movers were Tennessee moving from 25th up to 20th.  KC went up 5 spots from 18th to 13th.  New Orleans was also among the gainers this week and jumped up 4 spots from 7th to 3rd place in the power poll.

On the other side of things, the New York Giants we the biggest losers this week dropping 10 spots and landing in at number 23.  The Buffalo Bills were not far behind them either.  They ended up at the 21st spot after coming into last week in 15th.
