One of the players that has been linked to the Bills in the past, Georgia linebacker Jarvis Jones, had been falling down some draft boards lately due to issues with his health. While at USC he suffered spinal stenosis in 2009. However, orthopedist Craig Brigham sent a medical report to all 32 teams saying that they shouldn’t have to worry about Jones’s health when it comes to draft day.
Jones’s possible injury problems had led many to question his draft status, despite him being a top ten pick when it comes to talent alone. He’s one of the top linebackers available and doesn’t have that recent trouble with the law that former teammate Alec Ogletree does. If he’s still on the board, he could be a very good option for the Bills at eighth overall. There is still a possibility that he could be drafted even higher than the Bills though.
