According to Adam Schefter, the Bills will not tender restricted free agent wide receiver David Nelson. Thus, he shall become a free agent. Nelson is coming off of a torn ACL that kept him out of all but one game last season.

Nelson is the second RFA wide receiver that the Bills have decided to part ways this off-season. Earlier they decided to not tender Donald Jones, also making him an unrestricted free agent.

Nelson’s best year came in 2011, when he put up 658 yards and five touchdowns. A former undrafted free agent out of Florida, Nelson spent three season with the Bills.
