As the weeks are winding down, the likelihood that you will have a Bill playing now or as the playoff start in your league is a small possibility unless you are playing Fred Jackson, CJ Spiller or Stevie Johnson. So we will look at the regulars just in case one of them entices you.
Ryan Fitzpatrick is the first to look at. Fitz is going up a decent defense and his best receiver is not at his fullest. You would be looking at Fitz to get you right around the 13 to 15 point range.
For Spiller and Jackson, Spiller is to get the start this week again, and it looks like unless Spiller gets injured, Jackson will be playing second fiddle for the rest of the season. The Rams have given up the 10th most points to RB’s this season and they have been giving up a lot of rushing TD’s as well. Look for Spiller to get upwards of 16-17 points this week. For Jackson, still a viable option as well in some leagues, especially if you have injuries. Look for Jackson to bring in about 6-8 points.
Stevie Johnson and Scott Chandler would be the only two left that would be on anyone’s teams. The Rams have been decent on pass defense and have only given up the 9th fewest PPG to WR’s. Johnson is banged up and is listed as questionable right now for Sunday. Look for him to make a small impact and bring in about 7-9 points. For Chandler, The Rams have given up the 13th fewest points to TE’s this year, but Chandler is going for a record. He is looking to set the single season record for TE’s in a Bills uniform with Touchdowns. He currently has 6 and is tied with Pete Metzelaars and Jay Riemersma. Chandler also ranks 4th in the league with an 84.4% conversion rate on 3rd downs. Look for Chandler to get some touches if the Bills get a lot of 3rd downs. Chandler should bring in anywhere from 5-8 points if he gets a TD this week.
