Hairston On IR, More O-Line Moves

The Bills offensive line is at the weakest state its been all weak this season due to injuries. After announcing earlier this week that center Eric Wood would be missing at least two games the Bills announced that Chris Hairston has been placed on injured reserve. He injured his ankle last weekend against the Jaguars.

The Bills will turn to Sam Young and David Snow. Young is a three year veteran who has very little experience. Snow, an undrafted rookie, is just as inexperienced.

The Bills also signed lineman Chris Scott to the roster. Scott was drafted in the fifth round of the 2010 draft by the Steelers. He has also spent time with the Packers, Buccaneers, and Titans. He was most recently a member of the Titans practice roster.

The Bills are facing a team in St. Louis that is fourth in the league in sacks, which could be quite the challenge with a depleted offensive line. Its unfortunate timing for the Bills, who need to be at the best to salvage the season.
