Looking Forward: Buffalo Bills

Good news for Bills fans, Fred Jackson and Chris Kelsay are expected to be back at practice by Wednesday of this week, Chan Gailey said in a statement.  Gailey also gave some advice to the defense and the upcoming matchup versus Andrew Luck.  Gailey stated “He’s closer to a second year player than a first game rookie”.  The defense needs to keep Luck in the pocket and keep the pressure on him in order to get lucky themselves.  The Colts lost yesterday to the Patriots.  With the Colts holding one of the wildcard spots right now, the Bills need a win against the Colts in order to put the team in a better spot in winning out.  After this game the next game that could give them difficulty is the one against Seattle on Dec. 16th.

Three Bills right now are within the top three of the Pro Bowl voting.  These three are, DT Kyle Williams, S Jarius Byrd, and CB/Ret Leodis McKelvin.  All three of these players were in the top three of the voting at their positions and Byrd is ranked second, next to Ed Reed – Bal, in fan votes among all safeties in the AFC. The Ballots will close on Dec 17th so get out and support the players you want to see in the Pro Bowl.
