Dual Threat Offense Could Rip Bills Defense

The Bills have had some of their greatest struggles against teams that have the ability to both pass and run, a recipe that the Houston Texans fit into perfectly. The ability of quarterback Matt Schaub most likely means that Arian Foster will be running all over the Bills defense.  Quarterbacks like Tom Brady and Alex Smith have opened up space for runningbacks that are not as talented as Foster. He is well on his way to meeting his total of 1,200 yards of last season. The way the Bills defense has been going, he could get those 600 yards just against the Bills. Mario Williams‘ first game against Houston will be widely talked about, but the question is whether or not he will actually make a difference in the game. The linebackers will really need to step up their game if the Bills have any chance of winning. The pass attack is just as dangerous, with Andre Johnson leading the way. Owen Daniels is just as dangerous. Both should present interesting matchups for the Bills struggling secondary, especially Aaron Williams.Let’s just say that things aren’t looking too good for the Bills right now. Maybe you’re a little more optimistic than I am… but probably not.
