After a bye week the Bills are one of the best. A bye week is used to refocus a team and bring confidence back into the game for the team. The Bills did this as well as had an upside to the start of Monday. Urbik and Glenn are back and practicing and Mario Williams’ wrist procedure was one that went well and there is a 100% improvement with the feeling. This being said, the Bills can look at an optimistic start to the first day back after a bye and watching the AFC East get more muddled, as far as the playoff race. With the Texans coming up and being ranked 3rd in the league in total defense, 5th in the league is defending the pass and 4th in the league in defending the run, the Bills offense has a very difficult task ahead of them. The one positive is that the Bills are ranked 4th in the league for rushing yards per game. The running game will be the key for the Bills and if the Bills can get the running game going it will open up the Play-Action and the passing game and possible give the Bills a deep threat and allow them to open up the field. With the additions of Urbik and Glenn back into practice, the question there is will they be ready to start and get back the cohesiveness of the O-Line that was experienced in the beginning of the year. Time will only tell.
