The best hope for a quick end to this nasty lockout business died today, as the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals granted the NFL owners a permanent stay of a previous court order that ended the lockout.
The stay will stay in effect until the same 8th Circuit rules on the legality of the lockout on June 3rd. Uh oh. I think we know how that one is going to turn out.
