Bills Select Aaron Williams With #34 Pick in 2011 NFL Draft

by Draft

In something of a surprise (I certainly wasn’t expecting it), the Bills have selected Texas defensive back Aaron Williams with their second-round pick in the NFL Draft.

Williams is a talented guy, who many had as a top 10-15 player at one point. Williams is listed as a corner, but can play safety.  He’s got decent ball skills and is good in run support. His coverage skills are generally good.

I would have preferred a pass rusher, but the Bills need help everywhere on defense, so you can certainly make worse picks – and the Bills have in the past.
