The backfield situation in Buffalo just got a little more clearer today as the Buffalo Bills traded RB Marshawn Lynch to the Seattle Seahawks for a fourth-round pick in the 2011 NFL Draft, and a conditional pick in the 2012 draft.
This comes to no surprise to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, as he has information suggesting that the Seahawks thought that they had a deal with the Bills last week to acquire Lynch.
Lynch finishes up his career with the Bills totalling 2,765 rushing yards and 18 total touchdown. Lynch was a fan favorite up in Buffalo, until his off the field problems led to a suspension a season ago.
To make room for Lynch on their roster, Seattle has released running back, Julius Jones.
