Fitzpatrick To Start Week 3

Bills head coach Chan Gailey announced that Ryan Fitzpatrick will start at quarterback this Sunday in New England.

“We’re looking for a spark,” said Gailey.

Gailey said this is the move going forward and is not just a one week thing.

He said Trent Edwards handled the news very professionally.

Now this may excite many Bills fans, but I for one don’t see a difference between having Edwards or Fitzpatrick taking the snaps. We’ve both seen what each of these QBs are capable of, which doesn’t include being the QB of the future for this team.

It’s not time to throw away the season as we enter week 3, but I would rather see Brian Brohm get a couple games under center or better yet, let’s bring in Levi Brown and see if we found a needle in a haystack with that pick.

Interesting that Dallas stinks with a former Buffalo Bills’ head coach and Buffalo is struggling with a former Cowboys coach.

Monday Night Football features San Francisco and New Orleans tonight. The 49ers came from 28 down to beat New Orleans 38-35 on December 7, 1980 – the number one comeback in NFL regular season history! Number two on the list features our own Buffalo Bills. I’ve got it on my blog here:
