Tonight’s preseason game with the Colts will be played under the stars as the Rogers Centre’s roof will remain open for the game.
Although tonight’s low will be in the 60’s, why don’t the Bills brass push to have the roof open for all games?
I remember when the Bills played Miami in 2009 at Toronto for a ‘home’ game. The temperature in Buffalo for this game’s kick off was in the 20’s with a 40% chance of snow. The weather in the Rodger Centre was a very Miami friendly 72 degrees. The Bills not only lost a feeling of a true home, but also lost the game 16-3.
I’m all for Buffalo playing ONE game a year in Toronto if it means more money for the team, but please point out the one in charge who thinks it’s a good idea to keep the roof closed during the regular season games, because it most certainly doesn’t benefit the Bills! Keep that roof open in 2010!
