The Buffalo Bills have announced their schedule for the 2010 NFL Preseason. I know, I know, the games don’t matter – but that gives us the best chance to win! Get into it Buffalo!
The Bills will play their preseason opener in Washington D.C. where they will square off against the Redskins and new acquisition Donovan McNabb. Should be fun to watch McNabb in his new setting. Now just down the road, Eagles fans who never really appreciated D-Nab as the quality QB he is, will have to face him twice a season. Enjoy Philly. Well played. The game is scheduled for a date falling between August 12-16 and should be one of the more anticipated preseason match-ups.
For their second act, the Bills will travel to Canada as part of the five-year series which includes a preseason game in Toronto every other year. They will be met by Peyton Manning and last year’s AFC Champs – or, as I like to say – NFL runners-up. Not many teams can say this, but the Colts might be looking for payback after dropping a meaningless (but still embarrassing) loss to the Bills in the final week of 2009.
The preseason home opener at the Ralph will take place between August 26-29 against the Bengals. The Bills will then wrap-up on the road against the all-too-familiar Detriot Lions, who have met Buffalo in the preseason for each of the last nine years.
Are you ready for some football?
