The Venice, CA native quarterback played college ball in Tulane before coming to the Bills in 2004. In 5 seasons with Buffalo, he threw for 33 touchdowns, 34 interceptions, and had a quarterback rating of 75.6. As a starter, his record is 10 wins and 23 losses.
None of this, however, dissuaded the Raiders from aquiring Losman from the Las Vegas Locomotives of the United Football League.
