McKelvin, Whitner, Injured in Bills Loss

The Bills have lost two more players to injury, adding insult to the loss against the Saints. DB Leodis “Deface My Property” McKelvin suffered a broken bone in his leg, and safety Donte “Cry Me A River” Whitner has an injured thumb.

McKelvin’s injury is the more serious of the two, reported Jauron, and he is out indefinitely. The injuries only add to the Bills problems as they drag a rag-tag squad to Miami next week in an attempt to keep the Dolphins win-less.

The Bills have responded to injuries in defense well with players stepping up for guys like Paul Posluszny. We’ll see if they can handle the extra pressure.
