The Buffalo Bills used the 28th overall pick in this years draft to select Eric Wood, C, from Lousiville.
An interesting pick given the teams other needs. Wood has the ability to play offensive guard and tackle – and the ability to be an iron man.
While going small with the defensive pick in Maybin, the Bills have added some size and weight with this selection – as Wood is listed as 6’4″ and weighs in at 310.
As the ability to lead and influence the line – could be the voice of the offensive line, something the Bills really need. With his ability to overpower at Center, it gives the Bills options with Hangartner.
