Rock Hill, South Carolina prosecutors have confrmed that Ko Simpson has asked to enter into a pre-trial program to avoid the misdemeanor charge current pending against him.
Simpson wants to avoid a mark on his permanent criminal record, and prosecutors are likely to allow his acceptance into the program, because he has never been arrested before.
