Ko Simpson was arrested for hindering a police investigation in the early hours of New Years day. He is heading back into court to avoid a mark on his permanent record. If the judge accepts Ko Simpson’s agreement, Simpson will have to pay a fine and conduct community service, and once completed the incident will be expunged from his criminal record.
I was a little hasty and probably a little harsh when I first posted on the incident back when it happneded, putting Ko’s picture next to OJs, and seeing the whole story, really the only thing he did ultimately wrong was cling to his millions and not listen to police.
