Decision to come no earlier than Wednesday

Weather permitting, Ralph Wilson will make his decision on the coaching duties of Dick Jauron. It is easy as a fan to hope for the best, and expect a new coach come the 2008-2009 season, but history is against the Bills making any drastic changes.
Dick Jauron should be back as the head coach next year, because he is positive the Bills are making progress. After three seasons of 7-9 I do not see any improvement. I will give him one season, transitioning quarterbacks, and the Bills had a fair share of major injuries this year.
With Dick Jauron back though, we can expect more of the same 7-9 play for the extent of his contract, because that is what Jauron is, a less than .500 head coach. I think I may take up drinking again for next season.
