In the coming days the Buffalo Bills will play an international regular season game in the confines of the Rodgers Center, in Toronto, Canada. The opponent will be the Miami Dolphins, and the game is, for both teams, huge.
The Bills need a win in order to even consider having hopes for the post season. While most of us fans have given up on the hopeless and hapless Bills, especially with Losman under center for this game, they still have the slimmest of chances. They must win out, and get a hell of a lot of help from other teams.
What I have noticed though, is at this point in the season, most of the playoff teams have been decided, most now are playing for positioning and home field advantage. In short, the Bills are just another team, destined to play the spoiler, if they can even muster that.
I am predicting a rout, with Buffalo unable to get on the scoreboard much at all, and Chad Pennington leading the Phins to a 37-6 win over the Buffalo Bills. The only thing the Bills may have going for them with Losman under center is the fact that he will be showcasing his “talents” on the international stage, with his impending free agency. I still do not think that is enough motivation for him to start playing like a professional quarterback.
