Buffalo fans are once again anguished to have to battle through another season where we place so much on the shoulders of one, to be brought down. No wonder the city is downtrodden, we have no reason to get up on Sunday anymore.
I admit, I missed the kickoff return for the touchdown, because I turned the game off after the Browns went 72 yards for a touchdown. The Bills coaching staff needs to take a nice hard look at how the team prepares for and executes games. I cannot say it is just the coaches fault, as these athletes are professionals and should be playing much better.
This has been a team collapse. Trent Edwards can help right the ship, but he needs the support of the coaching staff, and by their playing calling, it looks like they have lost faith in him, much as has himself as well. The words ring loud and true throughout Buffalo again this year, maybe next year.
Lets hope the Sabres can snap their funk and give us some tidings and good cheer this holiday season.
