Talk about have to rewrite an article after it was already written. I am seeing shades of last week. Edwards fumbles behind his own 20, his team saves him and holds the Jets to a field goal.
I guess you can’t really fault Edwards for the interception, rather than pat the Jets on the back for their coverage and pressure, but one thing I have noticed, is Edwards resorts to the same short dump slants alot, especially to that area of the field. I remember last year when it was pointed out that Edwards was telegraphing his moves prior to the snap, well this year he needs to see more of the field when he is in trouble.
Thanks to some poor decisions by the Jets, the Bills were commanding the game, and they were keeping Brett Favre off the field. The Bills are not out of it, but need to take better care of the ball if they want to win this game.
