Bills prove Special Teams is important

The Bills scored 34 points against Seattle, 7 were scored by the special teams on Roscoe Parrish’s 63 yard runback, and another 7 were put up by the offense following a forced fumble on a kickoff.  That’s 14 points from the special teams, 20 from the Bills Offense.

Consider the games against the Jags and you again have 20 points scored by the offense, this time no points from the special teams.  The Bills were able to pull the proverbial rabbit out of their hat Sunday and beat the Jags.  Many people will credit the win for Buffalo because of injuries to the Jags starters.  If the Bills special teams can put points on the board regularly, the Bills should win several more games quite easily.
